    Yes it is one of those diets. It's not easy at all. I tried to cut down on my portion sizes, and only eat the amount of meat the size of my hand. ( I've only got small hands) so it doesn't look worth eating that much. And as to eating 2 types of oily fish a week? If they're going to pay ME to go...
