Just signed up to this forum to find out about neuropathy, and found this thread. Brilliant. It's actually my mother who has neuropathy - cranial, autonomic, causing sickness/diarrhoea. It's much worse when she lies down. She also has a dropped foot. I'm at her flat now - it's been a hard time...
