    T2 for 3 months

    I'm a guy, so I don't know how it's like with menopause, but I also used to have hot flashes going on for 30-60 minutes, which leads to bad sweats, especially at night. After bringing my BG closer to normal values, I didn't notice them anymore. So, for me it the blood glucose at fault.
