Yup chips are an enimy but ya know if you make them yourself using new potatoes half boil then cook them in the oven in olive oil till crisp I find they dont spike my levels

Mines energy drinks I used to be hooked but I corrected a hypo with a can of monster and quickly went from bg of 3 to just over 20! Lol needless to say I lernt my lesson quickly

Hiya I had this problem too for ages before the guys on this site saved me lol
Firstly rubbing an ice cube on the injection site before hand greatly improved this for me.
Also my stomach was bruised and swollen and painfull and tbh it was just because I was repeatedly using my stomach...
As I am sure you all know by now im pretty new type 1 and have had my share of hypos as im still learning but whats this 24 hour rule and whats wrong with correcting throuh meal insulin? Sorry if I sound like an idiot lol just trying to understand :D
