Omg girl! I came across this post in a Google search.. I created an account just to respond. I live in Canada and I don't have diabetes or pre-diabetes. I had the exact same thing happen to me with obesity and the hypoglycemia.. I was over 300lbs I was constantly weak sweating shaking...- Daniella83
