    Ahhhhhhh

    I have just started LCHF diet. Never ate much bread but the fact I can have it is driving me mad. Done away with diet juice, drank it by the gallon. Doctor told me this was ok. Now on water and green tea. Is there a light at the end of the tunnel..........
