    thanks again guys --- going to spend more time searching the RH forum , I had a quick look and then started to panic LoL. weird thing is I was quite healthy , still go to the gym 4 days week , but I do like my food , well what I thought was good food ie fruit / veg // rice /oats / pasta etc...
