    What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

    Wow .. it’s Friday here in Australia and mine was 7.7 too this morning.. I didn’t sleep well last night either. Lack of sleep can raise BG up. I’m not worried as I’m eating healthily, I fast and walk a fair bit. Stress do make one’s BG go up. It’ll come back down.
