    thanks for that john i am hoping to get a tester and start testing ,even thogh my doctors policy is not to give out testers and strips can anyone tell me where i can find strips at a reasonable price.

    i am a type 2 diabetic and have been for two years i hope to be able to pick up tips on how to keep more to the rules on diet and lifestyle as i am not very good my latest test on blood was 7.0 and the nurse said it needed to improve .
