David Woodford
I am a David a retired 72 year old, now living in Grimsby. I was born in Leicester. Moved once retired. I am recovering from Achilles Tendon rupture. When laid up I gained weight and become diabetic.
Since my blood test in June 26 2026 I have lost two stone in weight being around 13.5 percent lost by end of August. 2026. I have changed my diet cutting sugar and carbs also fats I myself inforced a calorie reduced diet. Not on medication at present my blood results are dropping so wanted to see if it was possible with weight loss and diet to regain control. I was told to take medication but refused awaiting on further blood test for over active thyroid. Why ch could have giving my blood the spikes. However with my debit now might be going back to normal. I did not want any medication to alter what was already going back to normal once I got moving and walk again.
My diabetes nurse was rude unhelpful and threatening. Which was not helpful after being diagnosed.
