Hi I find any carbs affects the way I feel, They make me sluggish and just generally unwell, so for the last 3 months I have not eaten Bread Potatoes ,Pasta etc and the difference is amazing !

My 3 month blood test result today was 41, what is this in relation to my meter ???, I know it is good !!! as it has come down from 61, but I don't understand !!
