    Low Carb, high fat and no gallbladder?

    I had my gallbladder removed 3 years ago. I wanted to go on a keto diet but not sure what I am allowed or not allowed to eat. Does anyone have any recipes or website that I could refer to in order to follow the diet. I do not have diabetes. Thanks
