Benefits of a low carb diet and taking less insulin
Hello, I've recently been diagnosed T1 and i've been managing it fairly well with reasonably small insulin doses and adjusting my diet Essentially I'm looking for information on why taking less insulin and going on a low carb diet is better. I don't really understand what difference it makes...- DConnolly
