Hi Smithy, i get those feelings when my BM’s are high, But if the hospital tests showed that everything was ok then it’s more than likely to be anxiety. BUT eat sensibly and carry on testing at various times and then talk to your diabetic nurse/doctor if you keep getting those feelings. Good luck.
