Is it okay to take Aleve while on Metformin?

Is anyone concerned of lactic acidosis while taken Metformin? I’m a little worried. I’m currently on 1000 mg daily (500 mg twice. I’m exercise at least once a daily....because exercise increases lactic acid it this going to put me at higher risk? I’m 42 female.

Not sure what to make of the numbers on my test results. I had my blood tests sent to me directly and they say I have diabetes but I'm not sure what my numbers mean.....help? My HB 1ac was 7% and my glucose reading is 7.4 Not sure how bad this is or what to make of it.
