Ive just had my blood results back and I'm upset to see that it's gone back up. I was 1st diagnosed with 13mmol and over the year ive worked hard with diet and medication to get it down ! 6 months ago I got it 45mmol I was ecstatic but it was hard work got myself down to pre dibetic numbers...
