Joanna, don't give up your first point of contact, should be your DSN they will assist you, do you have a phone number for you to be able to contact them?

Just for further information the Libra is not acknowledge by DVLA for testing prior to driving or 2 hourly when driving, you will still have to use finger prick testing for that.

@vic hill although i agree with the majority of your post, the part about driving is marginally in correct. yes you can check as you drive along but not advice able. The ruling about testing while driving requires a normal blood test with a blood glucose meter as they are only cleared by DVLA.
