Diagnosed with Type 2 early in 2010 not long before my 55th birthday. Eleven years! That's rather a long time. I never thought about it until now, completing this section.
I live in the lovely city of Cardiff, with parks all around me, one of them with a lake, Roath Park Lake. The scope for daily exercise is very good, but I've become something of a hermit. When it is safe / safer to go out without risking infection, I'll ease myself back into light exercise and gym circuits at the local leisure centre. So looking forward to the swimming pools opening again!
I have my first COVAX tomorrow - 27 February 2021.
