Victoza never made me sick. However, as I take it along with 2000mg of Metformin SR daily, it really does a number on my GI track. Diarrhoea has been a continued problem. I wish they'd take me off of Metformin. SR has made little difference.

6.9 this morning but 4.4 yesterday. Go figure. I ate no differently the two days.

Hope it makes a difference. Unfortunately, it only mind a minor difference for me. My side effects are no longer severe but they are still ever present.

I've been on Metformin SR for two years and still have gut problems and diarrhoea. Sometimes they are mild and sometimes they are pretty awful. I finally saw a diabetes specialist at a major American medical centre and was shocked when I was told that MANY people have significant side effects...

I am on Liraglutide and wanted to move to semaglutide but my GP said he is not allowed to prescribe it (I live in Hammersmith). How do you get this drug? The diabetes nurse recommended it and said to see my GP!
