to get around this problem myself, I make a great big pan of soup or a casserole at the weekend and once cold I portion it up and freeze it. I simply put a bag of soup in my handbag before leaving for work and I keep wholemeal rolls at work in the freezer - I live too far away to come...
Well done to Danone for having the foresight to produce a yoghurt which is not only fat free but has no added sugar as well! No longer will I have to trawl the supermarkets looking at every label or put up with bland natural yoghurt. :mrgreen:
