    Hi Everyone - so glad to have found this forum. My husband was diagnosed with T2 last year and neither of us took it very seriously - well, it sounded kind of innocent 'Type 2'. The Diabetic Nurse was good but didn't emphasise the dangers enough and it was only when we saw The Food Hospital...

    I read about Apple Cider Vinegar which you mix with honey and warm water and drink and/or inhale. Worked for me like magic.
