    Does a low battery on glucometer give inaccurate results?

    I have always had perfect fasting levels and ever since the low battery symbol has showed up, my fasting levels are high - I'm hoping that it's just the battery that needs to be changed - I'm scared to replace the battery incase the levels are still high :-/ Has this happened to anyone else?
