HbA1c May 2023 (3 months) BG 7.3 / 57 weight 70kg
HbA1c Sept 2023 (6 months) BG 6.2 / 45 weight 65kg
Taking 1 Metformin a day as a compromise (should be on 4!) determined to control by diet instead - feeling good but want to lose a bit more weight but, post menopause, it's difficult!
