My dad has the same problem. He has lost 4lb in 3 weeks. He has also had episodes of poor vision over the past three years. The onset seems quite sudden but usually subsides within a few hours.

I wonder if anyone can advise me. My dad has diabetes but he does not have to have insulin injections. He still drinks at least a couple of glasses of wine/night,and there is now way that i can stop him doing this. His mum, suffers from glaucoma. Does anyone know if there are any risks to eyes...
