I am on Metformin and Gliclazide and as David says its normal to have a higher BG level in the morning mine is around 7 my Doc says its a normal body function getting us ready to "fight or flight"

I have tried the " RYVITA Summer Fit Challenge " and find that I loose 6 lbs each two week sesion. Have done it twice now and have lost around a stone. I was 18 stone at the start its easy to keep to and my wife is on it as well with the same results.

Regarding people over 60 having protection from swine flu, it must all depend on if you had flu as a child which was the same, if you avoided it then you would not have the built in defence now. Well thats my idea any Doctors out there to shoot me down.
