    maybe its worth taking the immodium or similar when the diarrhoea strikes, since it isn't that often and is debilitating?

    i havent noticed it affecting my hunger other than at first and hasnt made me lose weight. I need to lose 3kg and reduce a1c by 1%, in 6 months, in order to continue taking it.
