it appears I have an ear infection . GP seems to think that is what would have caused such a sudden spike all back to normal now!

Been told to eat normal ish diet. Have cut out the obvious cakes choc bisc etc. and eating brown bread basmati rice. Have reduced portion sizes tho. Not been eating as much as not feeling right (nausea)
