Staycee, thank you for sharing this with us and also seeking help.... as im sure you realise now you are not alone. [emoji4]I would agree with the posts that suggested low carb diets and exercise.... you can then minimise the insulin you do give yourself.....IE enough to keep your baseline...
Dont worry it will most likely just be a jobplan thing for whichever consultant is leaving or reducing hours.....
I used to work there....they are great for type 1s on the pump! Dont worry ....but contact the diabetes nurses if u are still worried.

I have just joined the forum. I have had T1 for 34 years and suffered with issues regarding weight, eating and insulin omission for 20 years, it was something i have always been honest about however despite being an educated girl...i never thought it was...
I would however say with your BMs and lack of urine ketones its not your diabetes causing it .....like at diagnosis. If it persists i would suggest seeing your GP
Are you on a high protein/ high fat low carb diet.....trying to lose weight or taking supplements for the gym?? All of which can increase your ketone production ??
Don't worry about it! This is a normal physiological response to intense exercise you will get a drop a while later....seen by your 5.7 glucose.
