    I read something about Vitamin C and it's effect on sorbitol levels. It seemed to infer that it's good to keep the level of sorbitol down - so i'm wondering if eating stuff with sorbitol in it is ok, or should I be avoiding it. I know it's in some sweets and the sugarless chewing gum I like...
