    Hi, I'm Linda and was diagnosed with type 2 last July. I'm taking Metformin and my first Hba1c in Oct was 6.00 which my nurse said was OK. I'm still learning what I can and cannot eat, but it's difficult to persuade my GP to let me have testing strips on prescription, so I am buying them...
