    Thanks Jim - for me i've gone from essentially slight sensation loss which was fine, to now my feet feeling very 'pressured' I think would best describe it, maybe sort of a burning or tension feeling could also be accurate, big toes, top of foot, ankles etc - I did not have ANY of this before...
