09/10/2023 55.00 - Up 5 points and now well into Cardio rehab. With more exercise, my appetite dwindled, and have lost nearly 16 kilos
I’ve still got some way to go. The Endocrine system is an amazing finely balanced, complex, control mechanism. I’m coming to terms with acknowledging that I am a Diabetic and that I’m taking part in a slow Marathon and not a Sprint. My Life Span and Quality has had another necessary Tool added to my Toolbox - Diabetes Management.
