I received the same reply today, so great…. Wonder how long it will take the busy bees to get it working again!

I didn’t update the app myself, but I have a sneaky suspicion it was done automatically (I looked at the instructions manual and the date at the top is “Version 3.90.1_IOS - 24-03-04”.

I have the same problem, my phone is an Apple 8 on IOS. I’ve just sent a query on the MySugr app helpline. Fingers’ crossed they can do something!

Hi, not sure this is the right thread for my question. I’m told i have to increase my statin (right now at 10mg per day) because my ldl is “high” for a diabetic at 2,39. My other results are as follows: Total cholesterol. 4,79 Hdl. 1,76 Trig. 1,39...

Mine was 6.9 this morning, and just now at 1.30 pm I re-tested before lunch and I'm down to 4.7 (doing low carb for 5 weeks now). Cannot get a hand of fasting BGs!!!

Thanks No2D, that's really interesting, I'd no idea about any of this. I'm plodding along on LC, but I must say it's wonderful not to have cravings. I even "forgot" to have lunch yesterday at home.... Me, who've thought that possible!!!

Thanks all, I will check out the fat measuring scales on Amazon (a birthday is coming up soon, will have to choose between the posh handbag and some useful scales ;) I have measured my waist and I've lost 6 cm, yeah! (don't know how much that is in inches, sorry!).
