That is odd then! I used Libre 1 and then Libre 2 for years. Never had any problem like this and I was using all sorts of alternative sites and 3rd party apps.
Before using a pump I was on Levemir for years and never worked out a decent basal regime. My DN convinced me to try Tresiba and my overnight levels became a lot smoother and flatter, and only needed one basal shot a day.
I remember being ravenous after being diagnosed. I put it down to regaining the weight I had lost. Can't remember how much but something like 8 to 10 kgs.

The ratio shows how much 1 unit of insulin should drop your blood sugar.
If you want a bigger correction dose you need to lower the second number.
