    Type 2 Sweeteners

    Hi Wondering if any one could help I take sweetners in my coffee but I'm now hearing conflicting messages. Diabetic nurse says ok but to change make now and again, practice nurse says there ok and other diabetic say not to touch them at all. Thanks.
