My blood sugars have been ok actually , as I’m not eating as much just keeping an eye on them and following sick day rules . I was told that because my immune system isn’t as good it’s taking longer to get over the gastritis caused by the initial sickness bug .

I got gastroenteritis about 4 weeks ago and am still struggling to get rid of nausea . I am type 1 diabetic and wondered if it took anyone else longer to get over this .

Thankyou will try and eat extra fat / protein I've heard advocados are good too .
