I used to be on lantus but doc suggested tresiba last year so changed over. Didn’t really see a huge difference to be honest

I usually take 12 units of tresiba on the evening but a few people have suggested splitting the dose. Half in the evening half in the morning.. has anyone done this?

I asked someone who works in a health shop last week if it matters if the apple cider vinegar has the ' mother' in. As u can buy it without. And apparently there's not much difference nutritionally between the two. So it's worth trying the one without to see if it's more palatable for you
