Hi Thanks for your reply. Sorry, I meant BG and yes 3 mmol/l. I saw the term CBG and thought that meant capillary blood glucose which is the same thing. Thank you, I might try decaf tea with a little milk. I usually drink Horlicks, which is pretty sugary so maybe I need to switch that. Thank you

Hi I have noticed that every time I drink tea, my CBG goes up by 3. Do I inject 1 unit Novorapid each time I drink tea? Does anyone else experience this and how do you manage this? Thank you
