So the immediate reaction on day one points to insulin resistance, and or live malfunction?
My morning fast range from 112 to 125.
2 hrs after coffee is around 200 to 245. Then nears my normal around 3 and 4 hours latter.

I get pretty high when I’m bad, coffee and creamer. Takes 3 to 4 hours to come back down.
