it's probably a mix of the 2, most people with a low end up with high sugars later. Not so much with a slight low but a pretty bad one, can be pretty scary waking up like that too had this a couple of times

i've been a diabetic since i was 18 months old, people ask me all the time how i cope with it but to be honest, i don't remember not having it. i'm 30 now and it's hard to keep things under control, but it's part of my life
i would love to win one of these, i've also got fibromyalgia and i know gentle exercise is also important and i can get some great games on here for exercising at home
