Whilst most Doctors seem to recommend the NHS Eatwell Guide a few do seem to have got the low carb message.

I found the Freshwell Low Carb Project web site very helpful. Lots of information and downloadable recipe PDF files.

I am astonished that the NHS recommended diet has resulted in my pre-diabetes diagnosis. Why don't they admit that they were wrong and say that lowering carbs would be better?
