shes still being really really careful with what she eats... too careful i suppose lol. i know a little of what u fancy is good for u but shes also got ibs and has just hit the menopause so she's having to particular about her food before she found out she was diabetic and now obviously shes...

my mother inlaw was diagnosed with diabetes not so long ago and as she turned 50 on saturday we wanted to make her a cake but left it a bit too late, we would like to find a low everything birthday cake thats nice will probably make a lil one for mothers day or something now.
