    A local butcher sorted me out. I like to do "caveman crafts" so I buy long bones from him too, £1 for a full cow shin bone. free marrow inside too; win-win. Support your local trades an' all that jazz ;)

    What are some decent dried things I can add to the pemmican for flavour? Traditionally it's dried fruit like blueberries and cranberries etc but these are nearly 3/4 carbs. So... alternatives?

    New to diabetes. Is it true conditions such as psoriasis can nudge a T2 into T1.5 grounds?

    @mrspuddleduck. Thank you for making me aware that my profile says I'm 1.5. I'll need to change that when I get to a pc. I'm actually T2 ATM. I will also ask my doc about the T1.5. Rtfm.

    I am still a little befuddled by all the information out there. So, Please give it to me easy. Is it true if I have psoriasis (prosiatic arthrits in my case) this can be a factor in getting T1.5 or even T1?
