    your body releases sugars to wake you this is why they can be higher than they were when you went to bed i have always wondered if this is higher if you are a mornning person

    well done i know how hard this is , mine was 106 got it down to 43 on 3 tablets now at 53 on 1 tablet but its hard not eating the nice things

    7.7 may move some of my tablets to the evening to see if that changes things . Was 4.8 before my evening meal yesterday
