    T1 + Weight Training + Protein Shakes + Eating 3hrs

    My son 15 yrs old has had trials for Harlequins RL and the only thing holding him back is his body size. Having spoken to several people the fix for this is enhanced diet and supplemented with some form of protein shake ( here lies the problem ) WHAT SHAKE.... His usual regime is 1 Hr free...
