    Ozempic has no effect on me. is it normal?

    I had my 4th 0.25 Ozempic jab yesterday. This has been prescribed for me as I am intolerant to Metformin and emplagliflozin sent me into DKA. I have been on a low dose of Levemir insulin since my DKA but I can stop this now, yeah! I am concerned that I will lose too much weight. I am 9st 4lbs...

    Empagliflozin and Ozempic

    I had my 2nd .25mg Ozempic injection yesterday. Wow it is so powerful, totally takes away my appetite and I feel nauseous all the time. I take gaviscon at night for the fierce heartburn. I am dreading increasing to .50 after 4 weeks. Does it get any better? I want to enjoy my Christmas dinner...

    Empagliflozin and Ozempic

    I am T2. I was taking Emplagliflozin until recently. I had an upset stomach for a few days, nausea and no appetite. Then sudden explosive vomiting. Luckily my husband took me to A&E.     Are you allowed Cereal?

    If I am really, really craving that type of breakfast I find the lesser of all evils are Fuel biscuits, only 1 per person, very similar to Weetabix but not as bad. We have them warmed up with almond milk, about 4 blueberries and a small amount of double cream. Asda usually stock them.

    Type 2 Newbie T2 overwhelmed by diet change

    Make yourself liver and bacon. Fry a small onion in butter, add the ox liver ( I buy a pack that costs around 90p and freeze half, you get a lot for your money!) and bacon. Fry until the bacon is nicely browned. Put a lid on for 5 or 10 minutes to give a rich gravy. This is enough for 2 people...
