Also couple of more things.
- I got rid of snacking. I eat Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner and get done with it.
-Low GI carbs is bit helpful in controlling BS but eventually you need same amount of insulin for 100g of Carb irrespective of it being Low or High GI.
Thanks man. I bought his course. Went through the thefastingmethod. Started fasting, atm doing two 36 hours fast and planning to extend to three 36 hour fast. Stopped MetFormin.
My morning BS is 7ish and 5.5ish on fasting days.

Off late mine fbg is hanging around 9. And after all the food n stuff...evening also it is around 9.
Yesterday took my Metformin ..ate banana n milk and went to gym. Came back test ..BS was 4.5.
6.5 fbg. Had about two slices of bread milk ..egg whites protein shake. Skyrocketed to 13 and then checked again after 30 mins ..down to 7.

7 this morning. Been taking metfromin on and off to see if it works.
Have been on it from last two weeks . Doesn’t seem to do much. When I do heavy workout and have a bit of muscle fatigue my BG stays low.
Probably leave my desk job and get a labourer job would be the best way to deal with...
Thanks for the response. Doesn’t everything we eat protein/ fat and carbs turns into glucose eventually?
To counter diabetes I have started heavy workout..so need to take protein. More muscles and it will increase insulin sensitivity.
I will start eating low GI carbs from today and see what...
Mine was 9 fbs and last mid migth 12. This went of control after I went for a one week road trip during which I didn’t have very good control.
I read somewhere Body tries to regain its state i.e. if u have wound body will heal. Similar with blood sugar. if u r ,say 15 mmol, and then u change...

Have been reading a lot about LCHF diet to control. What if we do LCHP - Low Carb High Protein. Been trying it out......
Also focusing on eating fat as we get Double amount of energy than that from Protein or Carbs.
