    Prediabetes Blood Glucose Levels

    Hi I have a fasting blood glucose levels of 7.2 when I get up in the morning. I took it again 2 hrs after a meal of Chicken Bacon and salad and it was 7.7 When should I take it again and what level should I expect? Glenn
