    Type 2

    I was diagnosed last Friday that I have type 2 and high blood pressure as well. Just unsure what to do as haven't had any any information from the Dr so not sure what I'm meant to do know I've stopped having sugar bought low sugar foods just not sure what else I need to do to keep my levels down.
