Long time engineer, long time married, over 40 years, three great children, first time grandparent, never ever going to retire, I enjoy designing, building and making various objects, especially in metals such as steel, iron, copper and bronze, I read extensively, especially American and British history topics, I am a qualified technical instructor, and aircraft engineer, keep finches and a parrot, have a couple of dogs and an old farm cat too.
Love being out in the woods with the dogs, just as I severely dislike towns and cities, way too many people, too much traffic, I enjoy meeting new people, and I can also cook too, and no I am not looking for a date or new mate, quite happy with the lady I have at home.
